What You'll Be Doing

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote / Entry Level) at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing live chat customer support to e-commerce stores on our platform. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may involve:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week
