Job Summary

As a Customer Service Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our customer service representatives with the technical expertise they need to resolve complex issues and provide world-class support. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and technical skill levels

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training programs that address these gaps
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to ensure they're equipped to handle complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customer service managers and subject matter experts
  • Participate in the development of training policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service training, with a focus on technical training
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning, such as Certified Instructional Designer (CID) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Experience with e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
