Job Summary

As a Contract Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement customized customer success strategies that meet the unique needs of our clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients to help them achieve their business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement customized solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other customer success tools and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges

  • Certification in customer success, such as the Customer Success Certification (CSC)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop and implement metrics and dashboards to measure customer success

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
