Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients' employees. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, following up with members who have requested information, and working one-on-one with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and what is available to them. Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with members who have requested information

  • Work one-on-one with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and what is available to them
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on client benefits and programs to provide accurate information
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must be a team player with a strong commitment to customer service

  • Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Experience working with unionized clients or in a unionized environment
