Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for blithequark's Medicare Pharmacy division, providing exceptional customer service to members.

  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of Medicare pharmacy benefits to accurately and effectively address member inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude while handling a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members by actively listening, empathizing, and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as pharmacy and claims, to resolve member issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Utilize various computer systems and resources to accurately document member interactions and update member profiles.
  • Educate members on their pharmacy benefits, including coverage, formulary, and medication refill options.
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines while handling member information and inquiries.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the member experience and provide feedback to management on process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding blithequark's products, services, and processes to effectively assist members.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark, promoting the company's mission and values in all interactions with members.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare pharmacy benefits and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management and claims processing.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CHCSR).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak multiple languages.
