Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of blithequark, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build trust and rapport with our customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience
  • Utilize knowledge of blithequark products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or call center environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
