Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information, and guiding customers through their questions and concerns with patience and clarity.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, using your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions, and resolving complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, policies, and orders, serving as a knowledgeable resource for customers and helping them with returns, refunds, tracking packages, and more.
  • Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining detailed records to ensure continuity and high quality of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
