Key Responsibilities
As a Chatbot Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs that align with our brand's premium positioning and messaging. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Setting up mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs using platforms like ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar tools
* Creating chat flows that guide users through our offers, including:
+ Free webinar registrations
+ Filter questions for mentoring programs
+ Follow-up automation
+ DM keyword replies (e.g. “LOVE”, “RETREAT”, “PROGRAM”)
* Developing a friendly, feminine tone of voice that resonates with our target audience
* Collaborating with our team to ensure chatbot flows align with our brand's messaging and goals
* Analyzing chatbot performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize flows and improve results
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced chatbot specialist who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience with setting up and maintaining chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs
* Fluency in English (Bulgarian is a bonus, but not required)
* Experience working with female audiences, coaching, self-development, or premium brands is a plus
* Ability to work independently with strategic input from our team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
