Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood.
- Guiding customers through questions about blithequark's products, systems, and processes, showcasing your expertise and product knowledge.
- Troubleshooting issues related to our website, app, and in-car software, working collaboratively with external teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls with ease.
- Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities as needed
- Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Courteous and friendly demeanor with a high level of professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone
- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
