- Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Meet team KPIs and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends, applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional experiences
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
- Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with cryptocurrency platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and experiences
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
