Your Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your role will involve:
- Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
- Accurately documenting call details
- Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
- Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A commitment to excellence and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in navigating computer applications
- A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required
Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
- Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
- Be able to type at least 25 WPM
- Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Have a secure, private work area at home
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
