As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, assisting with questions, resolving issues, and delivering a thoughtful, timely, and professional support experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information about products, order status, and company policies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating to other departments as necessary.
- Collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identifying recurring issues and offering suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting occasional outbound communication for follow-ups or customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in customer support, live chat, or a related field is preferred.
