Strategy Analyst - Remote, Eastern/Central, U.S.

Location: Remote, Eastern or Central, U.S. Sartorius is seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our Lab Product Solutions division. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our lab products and services, driving innovation, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business. As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll collaborate with product management and strategy teams to define and execute both organic and inorganic strategies. Your insights will help steer change initiatives and support business area roadmaps. What you will accomplish together with us:

• Conducting competitive analysis and gathering market, customer, and scientific intelligence
• Translating data into actionable insights to support revenue growth
• Researching lab technologies (e.g., live cell imaging, protein analysis) and market dynamics
• Monitoring industry trends, customer KPIs, and competitor activity
• Leading primary and secondary research to build business cases and financial models
• Supporting product management in business case development and voice-of-customer initiatives What Will Convince Us:
• An MBA in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or a STEM-related field
• 3+ years of experience in life sciences within corporate strategy, management consulting, or product strategy
• 2+ years of experience in analytical problem solving, financial analysis, market research, or change management
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel We value:
• Ability to break down complex business problems into solvable pieces and use hypotheses-driven analyses and recommendations to find optimal solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills that convey complex topics in a concise and clear manner
• Capable of influencing and holding counterparts accountable to deliverables and timelines
• Strong oral and written communication skills fluent in English and German is a plus
