Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting MedSpeed's on-demand business through direct customer interaction via the telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Monitor and respond to customer calls while meeting corporate guidelines and performance standards.
  • Handling Customer Issues: Address general questions about MedSpeed's service process, effectively handle issues, and solve problems with excellent communication skills.
  • Logging and Tracking Issues: Utilize online systems and procedures to log, track, and document all issues in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements.
  • Maintaining Customer Experience: Perform skills necessary to create a high-quality customer experience, as reflected through acceptable quality monitors and customer feedback.
  • Special Projects: Complete any special projects assigned to support the team's goals and objectives.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Maintain current knowledge of MedSpeed's service policies, procedures, and specific client requirements.
  • Promoting MedSpeed Culture: Work to promote our company culture and values.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Customer-Care Skills: Demonstrate empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, and other essential skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this position.
