Key Responsibilities
Process fortnightly and semi-annually held payrolls with accuracy and efficiency Manage all new money records for every added partner, terminations, remuneration increases, ends, direct store, pay, and W-4 Review and verify source reports and money segments for precision Resolve issues and errors in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional client care support to employees and management Prepare manual money checks as required Perform various other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications A combination of training and experience will be considered Must be authorized to work in the US as described by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Must pass a Fraud Clear check High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred At least three (3) years of payroll experience Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. You will be working with confidential information, so discretion and integrity are essential. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with payroll software.
