Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Ops & Property Management – Remote

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Operations & Property Management to provide administrative and operational support to our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration, property coordination, tenant management, and client communication. This is a remote position ideal for professionals who are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Provide administrative and operational support to property managers and real estate agents.
  • * Maintain property listings, update client databases, and manage property documentation.
  • * Coordinate property maintenance requests, inspections, and follow-up communications with vendors and tenants.
  • * Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and client inquiries efficiently.
  • * Assist with lease renewals, rent collection tracking, and tenant onboarding processes.
  • * Conduct online research, prepare reports, and maintain real estate CRM systems.
  • * Support marketing activities by posting listings on property platforms and social media.
  • * Ensure all real estate files, documents, and communications are properly organized and recorded.
  • * Generate financial summaries and assist in preparing reports for management.
  • * Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support professional in a real estate or property management setting.
  • * Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • * Proficiency in real estate CRM tools (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or similar).
  • * Strong computer literacy with MS Office Suite and bolthires Workspace.
  • * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
  • * High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in real estate administration, property management, or virtual assistance.
  • * Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible working schedule based on property operations (approx. 8 hours per day).
  • * Must be available for coordination during US business hours when required.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Strong understanding of property management workflows and real estate documentation.
  • * Exceptional problem-solving and client service orientation.
  • * Ability to handle pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • * Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • * Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
