  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various digital channels to attract new clients and engage existing ones
  • Coordinate remote operational workflows to ensure seamless project execution and communication among team members
  • Identify potential client prospects through research, outreach, and networking strategies
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, follow-up communications, and satisfaction surveys
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize ongoing marketing efforts
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives

Skills

This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in remote operations and marketing while contributing to a vibrant team focused on innovation and excellence. We are hiring tech-smart, organized, results-driven individuals to handle daily operations, cold calling, customer acquisition, and social media marketing. This role is split between multiple people, so no one works 7 days a week. Work Schedule Breakdown Person A: Sunday–Wednesday (4 days) — $350–month Person B: Thursday–Saturday (3 days) — $240–month Daily Responsibilities (Based on Assigned Days) Check company apps/IVR system at 6:30 AM, 9–10 AM, and 4–5 PM to ensure cleaners are on-site. Contact cleaners immediately if they’re late or missing. Reassign backup cleaners if needed. Respond to emails quickly regarding new locations, customer needs, or cleaner issues. Perform cold calling and follow-ups (goal: team total of 1–3 new customers per week). Find new customers independently through research, online platforms, social media, and directories. Create simple graphics or short video clips for marketing and post on Facebook. Engage with customers on social media and respond to inquiries. Keep logs updated and track daily issues. Ideal Candidates Tech-savvy, social-media smart, organized, fluent in English. Fast responders. Not afraid of hearing “no.” Comfortable making calls and speaking to customers. Creative with marketing and capable of independent online research. Reliable, consistent, and able to work without supervision.

Requirements

Working cell phone, laptop/desktop, and reliable internet. Ability to check systems at assigned times. Must be 18+.

Compensation

Person A (Sun–Wed): $350month Person B (Thu–Sat): $240month Commission available for each new customer brought in.
