About the Role: We are seeking an Events Manager for our Sales Enablement team to support our customer-facing webinars and internal company events, and elevate them into production-quality events. This role will be responsible for running all the ancillary functions behind the scenes to ensure the production goes without a hitch. For virtual events, while the Education Consultants focus on delivering the content, you will manage the live production elements. This includes supporting the setup of webinars, managing webinar chat, conducting activities to support a smooth and valuable delivery of the webinar, and controlling other functions like launching surveys, promotions, and post-event responsibilities. For physical and hybrid events, you will collaborate with a senior project manager to ensure seamless logistical support and management. This includes working closely with the Workplace and IT teams, coordinating with external vendors, managing the event agenda, providing live troubleshooting during the event, and handling all necessary post-event responsibilities. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide live, behind-the-scenes support for all customer-facing webinars and internal company events
  • Actively manage the event responsibilities during productions, and promote audience engagement and interactions with strategic initiatives
  • Provide real-time support to the webinar or event host by addressing attendee questions, researching facts, and providing immediate answers and logistical support
  • Control ancillary functions of webinars and physical events, such as organizing them, launching surveys, and other interactive elements.
  • Collaborate with the team to elevate webinars and physical events to high-quality productions, guaranteeing smooth and flawless execution of the entire event.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management, live production, or webinar coordination, preferably within a SaaS, enablement, or corporate training environment.
  • Proven track record managing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including logistics, production, and post-event execution.
  • Strong understanding of webinar and virtual event platforms, with the ability to manage breakout sessions, chat moderation, Q&A, polls, and surveys in real time.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure and maintain professionalism during live events, managing multiple inputs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and event logistics from planning to wrap-up.
  • Solid technical proficiency with AV equipment, livestream production tools, lighting, and sound systems for both physical and virtual setups.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with speakers, presenters, and internal partners while ensuring smooth audience engagement and interaction.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset for anticipating and resolving issues in fast-paced, live production settings.
