Our platform helps businesses find the right podcasts, automatically create personalized pitch emails, and manage the entire guest booking process from start to finish. Users upload client info, and PodPitch generates a targeted list of podcasts, customizes outreach emails using data-driven insights, and tracks responses—all in one dashboard. We simplify whatÂ’s typically a messy, manual process and make it fast, efficient, and scalable. What YouÂ’ll Do: • 90% of your time will be leading sales calls (via Zoom/Google Meet) with pre-qualified prospects that have been emailed and booked for you by an SDR on our team. • 10% of the time will be improving the process to close more of these calls. • Work closely with the founders and be involved in high-level strategy • Don't worry – we already close about 1/3 of these calls, so you'll hit the ground running with a proven process. What You Can do: • Be the first point of contact for prospects. YouÂ’ll own outreach — crafting compelling emails, managing cold calls, and creating a pipeline of high-quality leads. • Book demos with qualified prospects. Your goal is to get decision-makers on the phone and show them how PodPitch can revolutionize their outreach process. • Help build out and refine our sales process.
