We are looking for a AEM implementation and Content Management Specialist to support one of our clients. While Digital Platforms are used by business stakeholders in self-enabled manner, the CP-IT team provides subject matter expert services for sophisticated requests. Digital Platforms Publishing and Enablement team will be responsible for executing various digital tactics as part of an integrated campaign and web publishing process for generating leads; activities will include campaign and landing page development and general support for digital tactics as well as web-publishing tasks of the SAP website. The service will cover a certain volume of publishing activities such as campaign publishing and web publishing which is described below. Beyond publishing activities supplier will support requests in following topic areas : Deploy Digital Assets as part of Service requests to the DAM repository raised for Digital Services Generic inbound email handling, activity involves reviewing emails in SAP's Email Management System and routing requests to the correct person or department according to SAP's routing matrix. Digital marketing activities, to support users of SAP in webpage creation, applying and facilitate the use of SAPs defined templates for web content management systems and supporting others with self-publishing as needed. Job Responsibilities:

  • Request review and validation, according to the defined standards of SAP for (incl. Completeness of input from requestors and Adherence to design and data policies)
  • Communication with requestors regarding any issues with requests (such as missing content or non-adherence to policies)
  • Working on the request and preparing for publishing as defined in SAPs instructions for public facing content
  • Communication with requestors to get their review and approval for go live of the Request as part of the Service Request
  • 25% onsite at the client site in Newtown Square, PA

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience in AEM implementation and Content Management
  • HS Diploma / GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
