Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead the ideation, development, and deployment of innovative digital solutions and processes.
- Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team and across the organization.
- Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
- Assist with the development and implementation of digital strategies.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, into business processes.
- Ensure seamless adoption and utilization of digital tools and platforms.
- Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative digital solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital offerings.
- Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance and others, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Establish relationships with clients, external partners and vendors to identify emerging technologies and trends.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new digital processes and technologies.
- Provide training and support to employees to enhance digital literacy and capabilities.
- Manage digital projects from conception to completion to adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of digital trends and technologies.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage team workloads to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience managing a team of digital professionals.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring.
- Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
