Life Claims Examiner (NOT MEDICAL)

We’re seeking a Life Claims Examiner to support our growing team during an exciting period of expansion, including recent transitions from a major acquisition. What You’ll Do:
- Investigate life claims with accuracy and care
- Locate and communicate with beneficiaries
- Apply critical thinking to resolve complex claim scenarios
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Life, waiver of premium, AD&D, STD or LTD claims (Medical/Dental claims experience not applicable)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Detail oriented and ability to communicate with detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
