- Adjunct Instructor positions are part-time

List of Nursing Programs: Nursing (AAS) (prelicensure) Nursing: Dual Degree (AAS/BSN) Nursing (RN-to-BSN Online) Nursing Administration (MS Online) Nursing Education (MS Online) Nursing Administration Post-Graduate Certificate (Online) Nursing Education Post-Graduate Certificate (Online) Duties may include:
- Developing and managing course syllabi while adhering to department and college standards
- Collaborating with colleagues in course curriculum
- Delivering learning-centered instruction to undergraduate students
- Assist in the growth and success of a diverse population of students through careful preparation of course materials, effective teaching methodologies, informed critical feedback on assignments and discussions
- Develop and adapt curriculum incorporating current technologies into the classroom or on-line learning environment (LMS)
- Implementing school/campus academic and attendance policies
- Pursuing knowledge of innovations and changes within subject area and field of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse student populations
Requirements:
- Appropriate college level degree as determined by Dean, commensurate with level of course complexity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD
- Professional experience
- License in subject area, where applicable
- Prior teaching experience
- Prior teaching at the collegiate level
- Prior on-line course instruction
