Position Overview We’re currently hiring new and experienced Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season. This is an independent-contractor, commission-based role with complete flexibility and full training provided. You can work 100 % remotely from your phone or laptop.
Compensation
Structure All preparers are paid a percentage per tax return filed. The average client return fee is $800, and payouts are based on experience level: No experience: 60% Experience : 70% Team Leads : 80% 100 clients = $50,000 150 clients = $75,000 200 clients = $100,000 250 clients = $125,000 300 clients = $150,000 350 clients = $175,000 What We Provide :
