The Role As a CPA Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team of skilled professionals and ensuring the highest quality of tax services. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- Experience in US expat tax services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Our compensation package includes a base salary + bonus. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 USD per year, depending on depth of individual expat tax background and experience in a leadership role. Current Bright!Tax CPA Managers earn total compensation between $70,000 and $135,000 USD.
