Release Operations Coordinator [Remote]

A24 is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Release Operations Coordinator. This temporary role supports the execution and monitoring of digital releases across multiple territories. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, comfortable working with digital distribution platforms, and able to deliver accurate, timely updates to internal stakeholders. This is a remote position, anticipating 20-25 hours per week. Candidates must be able to commit to variable availability during the contract period between December 15th to February 13th, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Release Day Support
• Provide launch confirmations for new release titles.
• Track placement across multiple platforms in multiple territories.
• Compile and deliver placement screenshot decks covering all territories and platforms.
• Monitor and share regular charting updates.
• Prepare material set-up prior to release.
• Licensing
• Create, maintain, update and deliver international partner avails
• Continuously upkeep internal metadata & rights management systems for int'l digital windows
• Maintain international metadata resources for department
• Facilitate onboarding new territories to support growing business demands
• Data Collection and Analysis
• Ensure complete revenue reporting for international platforms
• Onboard data streams for new platforms
• Disseminate updates on priority title revenue
• Delivery
• Liaise internally with the Post team regarding platform delivery needs
• Troubleshoot international deliveries with external partners
• Ensure operational compliance in non-English speaking territories Qualifications
• Understanding of digital distribution, operations, scheduling, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Apple TV, Prime Video, Fandango, etc.
• Familiarity using a VPN for international web access. The hourly rat for this role is $18. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels.
