Compensation & Growth Path This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 4 months, following our next round of funding and validator node sales. Position: Business Analyst – Research Support (Web3 / Protocol / DAO / DeFi) We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Analyst to support our research efforts across decentralized protocols, DAOs, and DeFi. This is a hands-on role focused on streamlining the research process and delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions around ecosystem design, governance, and product direction. You’ll work closely with the leadership team in a fast-moving, exploratory environment. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working independently — someone who knows how to dig deep, connect dots, and extract what matters, regardless of the source or format.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comparative research on DeFi protocols, governance models, and DAO structures
- Synthesize whitepapers, technical documentation, community discussions, and other inputs into concise, well-structured briefs
- Track emerging trends, tools, and ecosystem developments relevant to protocol design and on-chain coordination
- Develop research frameworks, matrices, and visuals that clarify trade-offs or highlight strategic options
- Prepare internal memos and presentations to support decision-making
- Proactively flag promising tools, models, or experiments worth investigating
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in research, strategy, consulting, or Web3 analysis
- Familiarity with core DeFi concepts (e.g. staking, lending, AMMs, bridges, governance)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to turn scattered or complex inputs into clear insights
- Excellent written communication; capable of producing structured, to-the-point briefs
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can adapt to evolving priorities
- Ability to extract relevant insights from a variety of sources — from whitepapers and dashboards to developer chats and forums
- Bonus: Interest in tokenomics, on-chain coordination, or experimental governance models
