Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards
- Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth virtual benefit reviews via Zoom.
- Guide clients through their benefits enrollment process with clarity and care.
- Complete a simple report card after each review to ensure quality service.
