Key Responsibilities

• * Identify inconsistencies or errors in dictations and seek clarification when necessary.
• * Maintain organized and up-to-date records of completed transcriptions.
• * Work with healthcare professionals to understand and apply medical terminology correctly.
• * Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality transcription standards.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
• * Proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• * Excellent listening and typing skills with high accuracy.
• * Familiarity with medical transcription software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• * Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

• Experience
• * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical transcription or a related field.
• * Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or private practices is a plus.
