Job Title: Advertising Campaign Manager Location: Fully Remote (Domestic US) Must work standard PST core hours Duration: 7 (Potential for extension after the budget approval) Schedule: 40 hours/week; occasional overtime (1-2 times per year during busy events) Pay rate Range: $40 to $45 Key Responsibilities Lead digital marketing campaigns for in-product surfaces (console, PC, mobile). Recommend new campaign ideas and define audience and testing strategies. Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and optimization in partnership with Analytics and Data Science teams. Develop a consistent playbook for campaign and creative communication across internal and external teams. Support go-to-market (GTM) planning by sharing creative executions and reporting on performance. Partner with Product Marketing to align roadmap, audience, and priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, operations, and analytics teams. Candidate Requirements Experience: 8+ years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, advertising, or digital merchandising. Education: Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Marketing or related field. Disqualifiers: Resumes containing typos or spelling errors (detail-oriented role). Ideal Candidate: Strong background in ad trafficking or paid ads management. Experience managing web campaigns, websites, and A/B testing. Passionate about gaming - understanding gaming audiences and trends.

Excellent project management and time management capabilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous optimization. Experience in subscriptions, entertainment, or technology industries.
