If you have at least a $200K book of business as a patent attorney or patent agent, this is an opportunity keep more of what you bill, while still having the backend, administrative support, and internal cross-selling opportunities of a well established firm. There are incentives for cross selling within the firm and a completely flexible work schedule. Type of work: Preparation and prosecution of US patents, patent opinions, patent portfolio management, due diligence, licensing Technical background: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of solid patent agent or attorney experience
- At least a $200K portable book of business
- USPTO registration (for agents and attorneys); State Bar (for attorneys)
