In this role, youll work closely with experienced engineers, playing a vital part in planning and executing innovative projects. You’ll provide essential support on various tasks, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your expertise. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, youll delve into the details and implications of test procedures and results, all while growing your career in an engaging and collaborative environment. What You Will Do

  • Support Manufacturing Engineering in daily tasks including but not limited to: JIRA Issue creation, TPM Maintenance, Process Audits, Photo capture/video recording key processes for training & Competent Authority.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
  • Create and close out Run & Holds for production only process deviations, manufacturing procedures (MP’s & ATP’s) & liaison for approvals while managing Run and Hold spreadsheets.
  • Update/Create Routers for Standard Processes and update MBOMs (Manufacturing Bill of Materials).
  • Process TOOL drawing changes in PDM (Product Data Manager).
  • Process released COs in CSI on drawing/document updates and WITI SP on MP/ATP/PJT/JT/STD updates.
  • Create & Maintain process plans for MES program (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
  • Manage & Host the Operations Change Control Process as Admins & run 2x/week meetings.
  • Lead, train & organize team & delegate daily tasks as necessary to balance the workload.

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

  • Jira knowledge a plus.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience with Solumina.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (developing macros etc.).

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
