Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking, helping leadership make data-backed decisions that drive growth across global marketsPlay a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes, ensuring smooth collections, and maintaining essential cash flow while solving complex, data-driven financial challengesBy leveraging data and insights, you’ll be key in driving efficiency and automation in collections across various marketsInfluence key business outcomes by building sophisticated financial models for business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Prepare comprehensive financial reports for C-Level, directly shaping the company’s future directionCollaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the global Business Plan, ensuring it aligns with our long-term strategic vision You have: 4+ years of experience in finance data analysis, consulting, or a related functionsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCommunication: Excellent English skills (C1+), both written and spokenExtreme Ownership: Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish, taking full responsibility for outcomes and delivering high-impact resultsData analytics: Working knowledge of SQLFinancial Modeling: Extensive experience with Excel financial modeling Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in data analysis and financial modeling Experience preparing materials for senior executivesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with finance, data, and leadership teams to contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives Nice to have: Technical Skills: Experience with Python and Google Scripts Industry Experience: Background in data analysis, consulting, or investment banking Additional Information About usJob&Talent is a true pioneer in the staffing industry, leveraging AI and technology to revolutionize how temporary labor is sourced and managed.
