What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer service, call center support, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- A knack for solving problems and creating positive customer experiences.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
