REMOTE Sales & Portrait Appointment Booker (25 hours per week)

You'll need to feel comfortable guiding people towards purchasing and overcoming objections, be comfortable talking to people from all different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, and be able to help them trust and enjoy talking to you. What Winning Looks Like:
- Quickly build genuine connection and put clients at ease
- Make many outbound phone calls to follow-up on offers (no cold calls)
- Take inbound client calls
- Setup client appointments for portrait sessions and artwork viewing
- E-mail client information
- Manage contact details for our portrait experience
- Provide ongoing feedback/communication to management and other team members on the needs of clients to better ensure successful client interactions
- Participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sales
- Warm, engaging and well-spoken professional
- Can quickly and easily build rapport with anyone
- You have a growth-mindset and are willing to grow and develop as you learn the world of fine art photography booking and sales
- Comfortable with handling objections
- Can stay patient and calm (with people, tech issues etc)
- Willing to do what it takes to find a win/win client solution
- Consistently reliable with follow-through
- Experience with CRM and scheduling software (we use ActiveCampaign and Acuity)
- Love talking to and connecting with people
Position Details: Part-time (25 hours) Work hours are between 9am and 6pm CST for client calls/texts and other role-related tasks can be done when works for you. We do ask you plan your schedule in advance so that we can schedule our other team members accordingly. Need to have a designated, quiet, and professional environment with no interruptions. This isn't a position for a stay-at-home parent with small children present. Must provide own computer, monitor, and microphone.
