Remote YouTube Channel Manager

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Remote YouTube Channel Manager to lead and grow our brand presence on YouTube. In this remote role, you will oversee the strategy, content planning, optimization, and performance tracking of our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate is passionate about video content, understands YouTube algorithms, and can drive engagement and subscriber growth through data-backed decisions and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• * Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with company goals.
• * Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely content delivery.
• * Coordinate with video editors, designers, content writers, and voice-over artists to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
• * Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies for video titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails.
• * Analyze video performance and audience behavior through YouTube Analytics, and adjust strategies based on data.
• * Monitor comments and community activity, engage with viewers, and maintain a positive brand presence.
• * Stay updated on YouTube trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continued channel growth.
• * Collaborate with marketing, social media, and product teams to align video content with broader campaigns.
• * Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer partnerships, and monetization strategies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience managing a successful YouTube channel or working as a YouTube strategist.
• * Strong understanding of YouTubes algorithm, community guidelines, and platform tools.
• * Proficiency in video SEO, audience growth strategies, and content optimization.
• * Excellent project management and communication skills.
• * Basic video editing skills and knowledge of video production workflow (tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
• * Strong copywriting skills for compelling video titles, descriptions, and CTAs.
• Experience
• * Minimum 2 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or a similar content-driven role.
• * Experience working in a remote or cross-functional team is an advantage.
• * Portfolio of past YouTube work (channel links, video examples, or campaigns) is preferred.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours with accountability to weekly deliverables and performance metrics.
• * Expected availability for team check-ins or meetings in core working hours (as per IST or GMT).
• * Minimum 20–30 hours per week commitment, with full-time opportunities available.

• * Deep knowledge of audience behavior and YouTube analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
