Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling phone calls from ADT Security Service customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, equipped with your own computer and internet connection.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls from ADT Security Service customers, ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transfer to the appropriate department as needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every call is handled with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including schedule adherence, after-call work, and call accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with ADT Security Service products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

Computer Equipment Requirements:

* Intel I3 processor or higher (I3, I5, I7)

  • AMD Athlon Silver or Ryzen 3 processor or higher
  • Minimum of 8GB RAM installed
  • Functional USB Headset
  • Ethernet port for a wired internet connection
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (download and upload)
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net

Training Schedule:

* Training Period: Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability

Performance Metrics:

* Schedule Adherence: 95%+

  • Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
  • Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls

Screening and Onboarding:

* Candidates must complete screenings and drug tests within 48 hours of an offer

  • All screenings must be completed by Monday before the candidate's start date

Attendance Policy:

* Candidates cannot be absent during the first 6 weeks of their assignment
