Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Attending to customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism via phone calls, email exchanges, and other digital platforms
  • Supporting customers in tracking their purchases, resolving delivery concerns, managing returns, and clarifying product queries
  • Employing a range of digital platforms to access client accounts and rectify any issues that may arise
  • Implementing blithequark's customer service policies and procedures in your interactions with customers
  • Ensuring customer happiness through transparent, efficient, and empathic interactions
  • Sustaining peak performance within a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior background or experience is necessary; complete training will be provided
  • To have reached the age of 18 to meet the eligibility criteria
  • A stable internet connection and a serene work environment in the comfort of your home
  • Proficient in conveying information and resolving issues
  • Foundational computer literacy and a quick learning aptitude for novel technologies
  • Capacity to adjust working hours, which may involve weekends and holidays
