Job Overview

As a part-time remote data entry clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for entering data into our database systems, performing routine audits to ensure data quality, and preparing reports based on the entered data. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter data into blithequark's database systems, ensuring that data is correct and properly organized

  • Perform routine audits to ensure data quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and maintain reports based on the entered data, providing insights and recommendations to the team
  • Work with other team members to ensure efficient data processing and collaboration
  • Follow best practices for data entry and confidentiality, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in data entry and related areas

Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must reside in or near Port St. Lucie, FL, with reliable access to a computer, internet connection, and phone
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to learn new software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Essential Qualifications
