Responsibilities of a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently Utilizing SugarCRM: You will be the master of our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Placing Client Orders: You will communicate with providers by phone and utilize online portals to place preferred services for our clients.
- Transcribing Account and Confirmation Numbers: Accuracy is key in this role, and you will be responsible for transcribing account and confirmation numbers correctly.
- Effective Communication: You will communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Additional Job Duties: As a member of our team, you will be assigned additional job duties as needed to support the growth and success of blithequark.
Qualifications and Skills for Success
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong Attention to Detail: You will be meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your job.
- Basic Computer Skills: You will have basic computer skills, with a preference for SugarCRM experience.
- Proficient Computer, Microsoft, Vonage, and CRM Skills: You will be proficient in using computer software, Microsoft applications, Vonage, and CRM systems.
- Previous Experience in Data Entry: Ideally, you will have previous experience in data entry, but we're open to training the right candidate.
