Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even under pressure
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

What You Will Need

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While we don't require prior experience, we do prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a call center or help desk
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with multiple software applications and systems
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online chat tools
