In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting blithequark's Customer Success team during a high-stakes renewal cycle. Your primary objective will be to work through a large volume of renewals, generating quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce CPQ. Key Responsibilities

• Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers to identify and prioritize quote generation tasks.
• Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Submit quotes for internal approvals when necessary, coordinating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or questions related to quote generation and customer renewals.
• Aim to generate 12–15 quotes per day, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.

What You Won't Be Doing

• No hands-on Salesforce configuration will be required, as this role focuses on data entry and quote generation using existing systems.
• You will not be responsible for customer communication or technical troubleshooting, allowing you to concentrate on your core tasks.

Ideal Candidate Background

To excel in this position, you should have:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
