Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Customer Experience Digital and Data to join our team at blithequark. As a transformational leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of our Customer Solutions and Digital Products organization. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing customer experience digital products, data analytics, and data intelligence that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the customer experience digital strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital products, data analytics, and data intelligence that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Design and direct continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations, drive compliance, retain customers and market share, reduce costs, and/or improve profitability
  • Develop and own the customer experience digital strategy, updating progress and achievement to goals using the DRIVE methodology
  • Establish and lead customer solutions engagement through presales consulting design, proposal and planning, and onboarding successful wins through partner sales, operations, and account management
  • Establish and report on digital product usage, value generation, and customer implementation success
  • Develop and maintain global business continuity plans for customer experience, data, and analytics, partnering with IT and business to ensure continuity of service during adverse operating conditions
  • Provide engineering support for the launch of new capabilities, products, and services
  • Observe social, economic, and political trends that might ultimately influence the company and make recommendations to enhance the company's solutions, services, and customer support based on those trends

Leadership Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership responsibilities will include:

  • Selecting and developing staff with the intent of creating a culture that develops employees, elicits voluntary discretionary effort, and promotes a continuous improvement and growth mindset
  • Carrying out leadership responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, coaching, and addressing performance issues
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize team performance, drive engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; master's preferred
  • Seven (7) years of related experience in engineering, quality/process improvement, or operational excellence
  • ASQ continuous improvement certification, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or blithequark QDM Expert, preferred
  • Significant related business experience in engineering, process improvement, goal setting, evaluation, and measurement, engineering techniques, customer implementations, customer service & solutions, and service assurance
  • Significant prior experience in managing and leading high-performing teams, optimizing process, and transforming business operations
  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated successful management experience, human relations, and communication skills required

Preferred Qualifications

  • US Remote work experience preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of digital products, data analytics, and data intelligence, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $10,454.90 - $19,837.50 USD monthly. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for:
