Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing support via phone and online chats. As the face of blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and online chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering questions about products, orders, and services
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, including order tracking, delivery, and product information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
  • Utilize various computer programs and software applications to manage customer interactions, including navigating multiple screens and systems while on calls or chats
  • Offer compensation and resolutions as needed, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and split days off
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Ability to take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
