Responsibilities As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you will be responsible for: * Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat * Delivering accurate information regarding products and services via chat * Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details * Collecting customer contact information for lead generation and client evaluation * Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for client consideration * Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services Work Schedule We are looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after the first week of training. During your first week, you will train Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, before moving into your regular shift. Requirements While previous customer service or automotive experience is a bonus, it's not a requirement.
