Responsibilities of a Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate and detailed information regarding flights, policies, and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Processing reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
