Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% remote basis for California residents. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle billing inquiries. Your exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex calls and provide solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle billing issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determine the root cause of customer issues and provide possible solutions or follow-up as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to customers
- Adhere to quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare call center environment
- High call volume experience and 24/7 call center experience
- Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
- Pharmacy or healthcare call-center experience is a pre-requisite
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
Preferred Qualifications
* Bi-lingual for Hmong, Spanish, or Mien
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy or healthcare industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
