Key Responsibilities
As a Teleworking Remote Data Entry Specialist – Fleet Engineering Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing engineering support: Collaborate with the Fleet Engineering Team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on transport category aircraft, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of problems.
- Data entry and documentation: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project management: Develop and implement action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communication and collaboration: Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments, providing technical assistance and support to resolve problems and implement engineering dispositions.
- Document preparation: Prepare engineering documents, including customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other actions, to implement technical dispositions and support fleet operations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Such as engineering, aviation, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience: In a related field, with a strong background in engineering support and data entry.
