As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. As a Virtual Amazon Warehouse | Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
- Managing responsibilities for a Virtual Amazon Warehouse location, including opening and closing site
- Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and distribution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- Be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
- Have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
