Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing and prospective clients, working from the comfort of your own home. You'll be the face of our organization, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility

  • Handle incoming customer service calls, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Dispatch incoming customer phone calls, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
  • Respond to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing expert advice
  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, ensuring clients understand their options
  • Work closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, applying this knowledge to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
